I’m a licensed associate counselor with over eight years of experience and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I started my career working with children and teens in school settings, helping them and their families manage emotional struggles, behavioral issues, and academic stress. That foundation taught me how to connect across life stages, and today, I use that flexibility to support a wide range of clients—from adolescents to adults—through the complex, messy, and meaningful parts of life.
My own IVF journey shifted my focus and deepened my passion for working with women facing reproductive and hormonal challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum changes, and unexpected turns in their path to parenthood. I know how hard it is to feel like your body, your mind, or your timeline is working against you. I also know how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner who truly understands what that feels like.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, identity, burnout, grief, or just feeling overwhelmed by life, I’d be honored to help you sort through it, reconnect with yourself, and take the next step forward.

Jennifer Iacovone McBride, LPC, Ed S.
I am a licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Psychologist. I have been working as a full-time private practice therapist for the 3 years. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 15 years, including drug/alcohol treatment, adolescent inpatient facility and the school district. I have gained invaluable experience working as a therapist/school psychologist across many environments and I feel that has allowed me to have open minded perspective for my current clients.
Who Can Benefit from This Practice?
Therapy can benefit all. It is the opportunity to speak freely about concerns and to be open to hearing a new perspective. I work with people who are looking for a new outlook. By gaining awareness of our perspective and considering alternative viewpoints, we can cultivate greater empathy, understanding, and resilience in navigating life's challenges. I want to work with motivated people who are seeking the tools to manage their own mental health to increase their wellness. I specialize in guiding individuals and families towards a refreshed outlook and the acquisition of practical tools for self-care.
